Seminar on Varmam Massage, Government Siddha Medical College, Chennai

'Government Siddha Medical College', Arumbakkam, Chennai which is affiliated to 'The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University' is conducting 'Continuous Medical Education - Seminar on Thokkanam' on 28th, 29th and 30th January 2010 at Chennai. It will be attended by  final year medical students from various Siddha medical colleges.

NOTE: Thokkanam means massage

Principal, Government Siddha Medical College, Chennai has invited Dr.N.Shunmugom, Ph.D., Honorary Advisor, Arts Research Institute to share his knowledge on Thokkanam during the complete first day of the seminar i.e. 28th January 2010 (Thursday).

During the seminar, Dr.N.Shunmugom, Ph.D., will provided details about basics of varmam therapy, varmam massage techniques, how the current treatment methodology is derived from the textual evidence, how to practically apply those varmam techniques to patients and etc.
